Morning Glory Room
2–3 years
Two and three-year-olds are full of curiosity and wonder. Play is their daily work. Guiding that play is the aim of our Older Toddler Classroom. We strive to promote positive lessons for social interaction and healthy development. The Older Toddler Classroom introduces children to a more structured learning environment that fosters self-confidence, independence, and appropriate peer interactions. Activities are varied, stimulating, and fun. We plan age-appropriate activities focusing on a child's developmental capabilities and interests. Social and behavioral milestones are an integral part of our curriculum. Children learn to exhibit self-control and express a wide range of emotions verbally. They demonstrate increasing independence by learning to dress themselves, share toys, and complete potty training. Our policy on potty training is built on encouraging each child to try the potty and move forward at whatever pace they are comfortable with.

Tuition includes diapers and wipes.

A Curriculum for Early Learning
Our curriculum prepares children for the next steps in their educational journey with a focus on foundational skills. Through activities like simple math and science experiments, pretend play, and group interactions, children build important skills for future learning.
Encouraging Independence
Play is a child’s most important work at this age, and our Older Toddler program introduces a more structured environment that supports self-confidence, independence, and healthy peer interactions.
Group Time for Social Growth
Children gather daily for group time to engage in activities that promote community and cooperation. They participate in read-aloud sessions, sing songs, and enjoy shared experiences that build social skills and friendships.
Outdoor Play
Outdoor play is a key part of our program, with children spending 20-30 minutes outside at least twice a day, weather permitting. This time supports their physical development and provides opportunities for imaginative play.
